For infants, it is better to use only apples and sugar, without fillers and spices (they can cause an allergic reaction).

  • Preference is given to domestic green fruits (fewer products that are harmful to the baby’s digestion are used when processing them).
  • It is better to cook seasonal fruits, but even in winter, an inconspicuous fruit, transformed in the oven, will become a storehouse of vitamins.
  • The heat-treated version has much more pectin. It has an enveloping property, for which the intestines are “grateful”.

Iron also remains in the cooked apple. For the first complementary foods, you can safely bake the fruit and grind it in a blender. Older children will love apples with “surprises” filled with everything that mom’s imagination can handle.

If adults have forgotten how to bake an apple for a child, simple tips will help you remember. To begin with, the fruit is thoroughly washed under running water, and when washing imported apples, even a sponge and boiling water are not left aside. Then cut the apple in half (or remove the “cap”) and peel out the core. If they are prepared for babies, the fruits are only sprinkled with sugar, and a little water is poured onto a baking sheet or rubbed with butter, or they can simply be covered with parchment (so that the dessert does not burn).

  • apples – 400 g (4-5 pcs)
  • raspberry jam (but you can use any jam) - 44.44 g (1 tbsp)
  • sour cream 20% - 110 g (1/2 tbsp)
  • egg - 36 g, 1 medium-sized
  • flour
  • sugar
  • powdered sugar
  1. We wash the apples under running water, peel and remove the core;
  2. Blanch the apples in acidified hot water. This means immersing it in boiling water for 15-20 seconds (you can use a sieve or linen bag for this). Attention, increasing the blanching time may cause the apples to become overcooked;
  3. Place the apples on a baking sheet or other thermal container. Fill the depressions formed after removing the core with jam.
  4. Prepare egg-sour cream cream: 1) grind the egg yolks with sugar, then add flour, 2) beat the sour cream, beat the egg whites, 4) combine all the ingredients of the cream - sour cream, egg whites and yolks;
  5. Brush apples with egg sour cream;
  6. Bake in the oven until done.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

When I was a child, there were no modern household appliances yet, and my grandmother baked apples in the oven. Let's look at these cooking options first.

With cottage cheese

In the oven for a child, you can bake apples with the addition of curd mass. This dish will be quite high in calories, healthy and very tasty.

  1. The apples are thoroughly washed and dried.

  2. Using gentle movements, cut out the upper part of the fruit, the place with the branch. It will be needed as a lid. Clean out the core.

  3. Sugar is poured inside each apple so that the bottom is covered.
  4. Fill the cottage cheese to the top. Cover with a lid (apple top).

  5. The oven is heated to 180 degrees, the apples are laid out on a baking dish, pre-greased with butter, and baked for 20 minutes.

The dietary dish meets the strict requirements of diet No. 5p for pancreatitis.

Ingredients:

  • 3 apples – 120 g each (small, the weight of a medium apple is 150 g-200 g)
  • rice cereal – 10 g (1 tsp)
  • carrots – 27 g (1/3 of an average root vegetable)
  • egg – ¼ egg
  • butter - 5.3 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • milk
  1. We wash the apples with running water, then cut out the core so that the apple takes the shape of a cup;
  2. Let's prepare the flap rice. (i.e., cook the washed rice in boiling salted water over low heat. And add more water than usual. When the rice is ready, put it in a colander. Rinse with boiling water and drain again);
  3. Cut the carrots into cubes and simmer with the addition of a small amount of milk;
  4. Preparing the filling for the apples. To do this, mix rice, carrots, chopped eggs and add a little sugar. with rice, boiled chopped eggs, chopped apples, sugar;
  5. Fill the cavities in the apples with minced meat;
  6. Bake in a preheated oven. Temperature - 180 degrees, time 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the apple;

With cottage cheese and raisins

You need to prepare:

  • apples - three pieces;
  • three teaspoons of cottage cheese;
  • two teaspoons of sour cream;
  • three pinches of granulated sugar;

  • dried apricots;
  • boiling water.

Baked apples are a delicious dish that can be a great breakfast, dessert or snack. Children love different tasty things. And today I will tell you how to prepare baked apples for children, which, nevertheless, will appeal to many.

There is nothing complicated in preparing this dish. The main thing is to choose the right varieties of apples. They should be firm, preferably with a slight sourness. To make the apples more flavorful, I added cinnamon and honey to them. When using honey in dishes for children, be careful, because it is an allergenic product. If for some reason honey is contraindicated for your child, replace it with sugar.

To prepare baked apples for children, prepare the necessary set of ingredients according to the list. You will need firm apples with a slight sourness.

Wash the apples well under running water, dry and cut out the core, not reaching 1-1.5 cm from the end. It’s convenient to do this with a special device, but if you don’t have one, an ordinary kitchen knife will do.
