But there is no need to worry: this is normal. The main thing is that the baby is comfortable. The baby is still scared in the big world, so you don’t need to be angry with him, but understand and help. Make the environment comfortable for sleeping - check the temperature and humidity in the room, turn off the lights, exclude extraneous noise, including from the street.
    2. Go to bed early. Calculate how many hours a day your child sleeps. If the figure is less than the permissible norm, you need to try putting him to bed 30-60 minutes earlier. The optimal time to put your child to bed is 7 pm. At this time, the sleep hormone in the human body is produced best.
